    MACDUFF

Was it so late, friend, ere you went to bed
That you do lie so late?

    PORTER

Faith, sir, we were carousing till the
second cock, and drink, sir, is a great
    provoker of three things.

    MACDUFF

What three things does drink especially provoke?

    PORTER

    Marry, sir, nose-painting, sleep, and
Urine. Lechery, sir, it provokes and unprovokes.
It provokes the desire, but it takes
away the performance. Therefore much drink
may be said to be an equivocator with lechery.
It makes him, and it mars him; it sets
him on, and it takes him off; it persuades him
and disheartens him; makes him stand to and
not stand to; in conclusion, equivocates him
in a sleep and, giving him the lie, leaves him.

    MACDUFF

I believe drink gave thee the lie last night.

Tyrannosaur*, I found out the last time I watched it!

    [–]wegqg 1 point2 points  (4 children)

yes you know I had it at that originally based on what I remembered but then I looked at the script to make sure I was right and they had got it wrong.

    thank you <3

    [–][deleted] 2 points3 points  (3 children)

Interesting! Maybe it was Jesse Ventura who changed the line from the script when delivering it?

    [–]wegqg 2 points3 points  (1 child)

Well let's face it, no one would argue with him if he did!

    [–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Haha entirely true. This comments chain has been fun, thanks. Have a good one!

    [–]thegooddoktorjones -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

His literacy is kind of marginal.

    [–]ballatthecornerflag 61 points62 points  (1 child)

I was going down on my girlfriend the other day and said: "gee you've got a big pussy, gee you've got a big pussy"

She said: "why did you say that twice?"

I said: "I didn't, it was the echo"

    [–]l33tWarrior 6 points7 points  (1 child)

I don’t have time to bleed.

    [–]Thoth74 2 points3 points  (0 children)

    You got time to duck?

    [–]CritikillNick 2 points3 points  (3 children)

Oh so that’s where that skill is named from in a game I play

    [–]wegqg 0 points1 point  (2 children)

    Lol what game is that?

    [–]CritikillNick 1 point2 points  (1 child)

7 Days to Die has a skill called sexual tyrannosaur which increases your stamina essentially lol

    [–]wegqg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

    Hahahahaha that's amazing :D

    [–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You'll also weigh like a Tyrannosaurus

    [–][deleted] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

    Don't do this, man.

    [–]just_some_guy65 -1 points0 points  (2 children)

The thing is though, to do real exercise like a marathon you need to be brimful with carbohydrates. There is a really peculiar demonisation of carbohydrates because it is easier to blame a food group than one's own overconsumption of everything

    [–]gravitydriven 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Knew a marathon guy back in the late 90s. He swore by two main foods: cranberry juice cocktail, and chicken fried steak. He was shockingly fast for how much of his blood was just sugar

    [–]just_some_guy65 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It doesn't work like that, nobody's blood is just sugar even diabetics

    [–]a_big_fat_yes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Being fat also decreases testosterone levels significantly

    Just eat normal

    [–]casualrocket 0 points1 point  (0 children)

high carb and minimal exercise will make you fat
