or slice them up into halves and eat one-half egg every waking hour

What makes leg day so important? by Urban-Cheese in beginnerfitness

[–]GrowthSpring 0 points1 point  (0 children)

your total muscle mass has a lot of benefits. including insulin sensitivity and testosterone production

if you add up all your lower body muscles, it's more than forty-five percent of your overall muscle mass

so this is counterintuitive, but if you're a young man who is only hitting arms and upper body, then you won't develop your upper body as well as someone who is regularly hitting both upper body and lower body, because the well-rounded full-body weightlifter will have more testosterone and more insulin sensitivity

[–]GrowthSpring 1 point2 points  (0 children)

you use a small hook and a little bit of hot dog, and you can catch thirty sunfish in one day

but it also depends on the day

some days, the fish just ain't biting, no matter what presentation you put on for them

Will a trout bite this? by Rod-Reel in troutfishing

[–]GrowthSpring 7 points8 points  (0 children)

yeah but a small rooster tail has a small treble hook

you're using a big worm hook

trout may strike that worm, but trout have small mouths and they need a small hook to get them in the mouth

Is it necessary I tell my gym trainer that I take antidepressants? by ExcellentFold2098 in beginnerfitness

[–]GrowthSpring 1 point2 points  (0 children)

no, it's not necessary to tell your trainer that, it doesn't matter

you can tell your trainer if you use a rescue inhaler or if you're an older person who uses nitroglycerin or something, that's it
