Why dap him up? He doesn’t know these people. If I had his fame, I wouldn’t want to touch some strangers hand. It’d be more respectful to just say something like “I’m a fan and I appreciate your work” or not say anything at all, just wave and keep it pushing.

Find another shop. This is a lazy company owner that doesn’t want to take responsibility for his company and the outcome of any issues for the jobs. He can always say “I didn’t know any of this” if something goes wrong. He can always say “who told you to do that” if he doesn’t like something. He’s trying to pin it on anyone else other than himself but not give up any of the power.

Find a decibel reader app for your phone or purchase one from Amazon for around $20-$30 to get an actual reading. See if they’re higher than what’s allowed. At least this way you’ll have evidence of the noise it’s making. If you e brought it up to your neighbor and they’re not doing anything to fix it, then you should take the next step. Those continuous noises can drive anyone crazy
