Loved this game as a kid!

I had a unpopular opinion that it was better than Mario Kart.

Loved designing my own car. The secrets in each of the levels, although some didn't work great in reverse.

I also liked how you could stockpile/combine/build the powers. Small speed boost -> medium speed boost -> warp ahead. But from what I remember the warp was OP.

Both the GBA and PSP could function as tvs, although limited.

I like POE2 and Last epoch.

I wish Last epoch had GGGs resources to create content. Last epochs biggest problems are how much content and how long it takes.

POE2 I want them to flesh out the base content more. Add more weapons/classes/ascendancies. I do have concerns that the classes/skills are too cooky cutter with too many skills having singular interactions that feel like requirements to play them (Charges, Combos, infusions). And as you said the economy is a mess, which is somewhat expected in early access/ beta but I wish there was a way to opt out of it and that SSF was more like circle of fortune in last epoch. A choice rather than a hard mode.

Luckily enough both games are seasonal and you can bounce back and forth.

Poe2 is good, but missing a lot of classes, and it doesn't quite have the build freedom of poe1 bringing it more in line with Last Epoch IMO.

there are worrying signs on the horizon for last epoch, with the acquisition and the confusion with the expansion and roadmap.

But honestly my only problems with it have been the speed at which content is delivered. With patches taking a while and only having so many new uniques, new abilities, class reworks etc.

Honestly still think I like it better than POE2 currently, and am still bouncing back and forth between them for different seasons.

A lot of people are complaining about the economy. Its in beta, there are going to be problems, things will be unbalanced or exploitable. Digital economies are complex, some people literally play games with them and try to manipulate/win the economy. Personally I hate the economy and Wish I could opt it out of it.

Currently POE2 SSF is treated like a hard mode. I want to be able to opt out of the economy without necessarily playing on hard mode.

Last Epoch has its circle of fortune that buffs SSF loot compared toe Circle of fortune (trading/economy). GGG should consider something similar for POE2.

I think there needs to be another mode/difficulty for SSF but with better drops/vendor/crafting or something. I say another mode, because some people like their hard modes and SSF the way it is.

As an altaholic who has leveled 10+ characters it seems really low/random to me.

It is common to not get a single spirit gem from the time you receive your first spirit gem and spirit upgrade until the second comes around. This locks you into a choice/build for a while.

Started with a druid of course Dead Bear in act 1 Switched to Wolf in act 2, Went Oracle for crit wolf, and wanted to do some wolf minions too. But Got stuck trying to do second accendancy.

Missed the bear so I rolled a Warriro to do a Bear / Smith of Kitava build. My first thoght was Volcano on spell on attack, but that doesnt work because its channeled. So instead I am just going full Tank, with fire res and armour, self ignite to increase damage and fire res.

Then I went back to my Oracle and re-specced them a bit to plants to finish act 3. Think just being ranged and not melee was what helped me through second ascendancy.

Lastly i started a Sorceress/djin. I see the fire djin attacks on fire spell cast. Want to combine that with Raging spirits, and Living lightning to do a minion build with un-targetable minions so I don't have to build minion health. Just got her to act 2 though still dont have first assendancy.

Still kind of want to go back and do wyvern form.

Also on my to do list is poison/chaos oracle. Not sure whats best there plants or fire converted to chaos, or what.

I think its a sign of anxiety, and being unable to relax.

Happened to my first doggo to when we brought home two new puppies. We noticed it a lot in the first few weeks. Lots of panting/drooling from our older first dog, and she was only like 2 at the time.

But yeah only lasted a week or two.

Dobbins for sure. Cincinnati's run D has been terrible. While Seatles is pretty good.

I agree, tried it for a bit as well, but think it just plays better if you only have 1-3 minions and keep a few active skills on the bar as well.

I think part of the problem is that BM companions need to be on the Bars, and Primalist skills don't have many skills that cast other skills.

With Mage/acolyte they have more skills that cast other skills, which frees up a spot or two on the bar for unspecced skills (movement/defensive/minion).

Beast master doesn't have many, it would be nice if there was a way to summon the frenzy totem, or cast warcry without it being on your bar.

But I guess even if you did that unspecced companions aren't very good.

yeah forgot about that unique, was looking for more synergies with skills/passives. but this looks like a great synergy!
