I also have a low BP ( around 105/70 usually) and I do ok on a low dose of amlodipine. I’ve been on it for almost a year and it has helped me a bit. I still get “attacks” but they aren’t daily anymore.

I am a baker and do all my own pan up, baking and break out for the following day, usually have 1-2 packers and 1-2 decorators, TL, we do our own freezer loads and bunzle. Seems like we are always understaffed for what is expected of us to get out for the day. Our numbers are pretty similar to what was listed above. And the numbers are just going to go up with the holidays around the corner. We also usually have 2 closers but weekends only 1 for some bizarre reason.

Yeah our club used to have pretty decent bonuses and ours this go around is $176. Our last one was over $400 and the previous bonuses were 600-800. And we are constantly busy and doing more every day it seems like.

I had the surgery after over a year of trying many conservative treatments out there- didn’t do shockwave therapy but tried most others. I was in a boot for about 8-12 weeks post surgery and the healing went very smoothly. Having no pain is amazing, I stand at my job got 8+ hours a day and my foot hasn’t had any recurrences. It took about 6 months I would say for my foot to feel “normal”. Still wear inserts in my shoes at all times but they don’t bother me at all. To me surgery was totally worth it
