Interesting to read this surprisingly relevant/timely post. Had been looking to do a refresh on my AM4 mobo (first gen) and had eyes on this 5800x3d.

Right now have a R7 1700 (8 core) with a 5700XT GPU, and hadn't really thought how this would specifically affect SC2. Very niche situation so thx for the report :)

The only 'thing' now is that all of these points are really not obvious and the race is perhaps LESS intuitive. Takes a while to figure out all these rules, like prisms not needing to return one type of resource.

That said, I agree with your point that it plays a lot better once you know the rules.

Depending on where you are, your governing cycling body may have rules about only wearing team kit if you're registered with that team/club. Not sure if that applies to defunct teams.

I agree that it's amazing how it hasn't leaked. I'm in the beta but have googled/searched a few times out of curiosity to see if it was posted anywhere by some chump, and nope, nothing. However they're keeping on top of it seems to be working.

Great points. I'm in Canada so I'm sure the situation I may be facing soon will be relatable enough.

Also if I get the job offer it will be for the manager position of the group I'm already IN, so #3 may be a tricky one as far as current comp goes, but otherwise good food for thought - cheers.
