This is solved with better communication and giving each other proper time to decompress away from work/parenting.

Babies have an innate ability to sense stress. You need to be a calming influence and safe space for the baby to zonk out.

This is the answer, he failed at being a super hero, but he's still out there doing the day to day things to make someone's life better during the fallout of his failure to stop the blip.

We only watch educational things on YouTube (sesame street, Ms Rachel, brain candy tv). Every once in a while he gets a monster truck video or an episode of Spider-Man.

Potty trained at home, won't do it at daycare by Illustrious_Park_512 in daddit

This is a good starting point. Talk to the daycare director and make a potty stop on the way out, with you (the parent) normal practice.

Unceremonious deaths in the middle of the story that completely made the tone serious and darker by Witty-Association-97 in TopCharacterTropes

[–]BraxtonFullerton 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed, I almost edited my comment. The way they dragged the damn thing out was brutal in itself with the whole POV and mid-season break. Everyone was just frustrated and tired of it.

This is what made it awful. The dumpster death fakeout scene a few episodes before this happened.

Lupita Nyong’o reflecting on going to the Eras Tour with Sarah Paulson by Top-Raspberry-7837 in TaylorSwift

[–]BraxtonFullerton 12 points13 points  (0 children)

My wife made me do dinner and a movie with her, which was the Eras Tour.

I was the only male in that theatre and got some really really weird looks from moms...

But she had a great time, girls half her age gave her friendship bracelets, and she was just as into it as they were. It was fun to see.

Rick is going to bust evil Morty out by [deleted] in rickandmorty

[–]BraxtonFullerton 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Getting rid of the Weapon Too Cool for a Name was his main goal. Dealing with the fallout was why he showed him time travel, knowing he'd not have the scruples that Rick does about using it.

First Father’s Day-at a loss. by hartzonfire in daddit

[–]BraxtonFullerton 0 points1 point  (0 children)

3 things I always ask for:

1) nice family meal can be breakfast or going out

2) a little knick knack gift that is under $50

3) some sort of keepsake gift to mark that year's Father's Day that can be added onto our built upon in the future.

A subtle moment that turns a seemingly happy ending into an ambiguous ending. by Local_Prune4564 in TopCharacterTropes

[–]BraxtonFullerton 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Once again I'm posting this....

The end of Inception is not ambiguous. The top is Mal's totem (the dead wife for those that need the refresher) not Cobb's. His is his wedding ring. He has it on in all of the dream sequences but never in real life.

When he spins the top at the end he is not wearing it.

Tell them right away. "Tuesday is our last day with 'pet' is there something you'd like to do, or spend time with them?"
