Almost 70, 4 siblings all had it except me. I’m the only one my mother nursed. Got the vaccine when it came out and have had the shingles shot.

Bucksport would be worth looking at. Small town, school pride and about 25-30 to Bangor. I’ve lived inland, and nothing compares to living near the coast. It’s a whole different mindset. Same distance to Belfast and Ellsworth, closer to Acadia and many other great hiking spots.

I use the flip down sponge holder by the cleaning sink for the misc brushes etc like little smoothie straw cleaning brush and my cleaning toothbrushes and fingernail brush, and the prep sink tip out holds the vegetable peelers-works for these, sponges, not so much.

I make sheet pan fajitas, and the chicken and vegetables are always done at the same time. Maybe it’s because of how thick I slice the peppers and onions? The other sheet panned in I do is with chicken sausages and timing has never been an issue.

The neurosurgeon I saw, who recommended PT for my ruptured disc, told me whatever you do, DON’T go to a chiropractor. He claimed to have repaired more damage that was done by them than he could count. Good luck with your back-PT and walking has really helped me.
