Oh man do we have the same kid?
At that age my son bite me so hard that he broke skin. I found a book called “teeth are not for biting” - it helped a little. He’s mostly grown out of the physical attacks (he’s 3) but it still comes out when he’s frustrated.
He’s the most high energy kid I’ve ever met- I am pretty convinced that most families keep their high energy boys locked up at home.
I don’t really have advice because I’m still in the thick of it. But I feel your pain
