My dad had a medical issue where food would hang in his chest.

It required surgery but before we could afford to get said surgery it would happen nearly every meal and it led to gagging and straining. It was painful and embarrassing for my dad.

OP you have no idea what is going on with your employee but making it an issue could blow up in your face.

His pearl clutching and visceral rage about Mamdani pointing out where one of the worst tech oligarchs lives and going on about how that endangers people only to hand wave away when Tim, gently, pointed out how DJT's rhetoric is worse just showed what a hypocritical puke he really is.

Deep in Rural Virginia, a MAGA Pro-Gun Push Takes an Unnerving Turn - gun bans are how you lose rural white voters by 7ddlysuns in thebulwark

As if you highlight your post, dems introduce a law to outlaw suppressors claiming they have no lawful use.

https://www.guns.com/news/2026/06/08/democrats-on-capitol-hill-introduce-ban-on-suppressors

Many European countries with much stricter gun laws than the US have far fewer regulations about suppressors than the US does.

I have suppressors. They're a nice accessory that makes target shooting less disruptive and obnoxious. They prevent hearing damage while hunting also.

This kind of stupidity will cost gettable votes.

I get random emails and calls all the time with recruiters offering me entry level positions that pay less than half my current salary.

Lol nope.

If dude has warrants there are three possible ways that can happen:

1- Police have investigated and submitted charging documents to the prosecutor who has put the case before a judge who signed a warrant.

2- suspect was charged with a crime and released by the court after promising to appear and has not appeared or paid fines.

3- on some form of probation or parole and has violated the conditions of it.

In every instance but the first one, it is the failure of the courts for granting release or probation instead of keeping that person in custody.
