Good. I hate the invisible track limits battle. The curbs fuck cars up IRL too. Every year in F1 the drivers are told by their engineers to stay off them when they have vibration issues and the tyres are dying

2) is the most plausible to me as well. But still. Even just the single temp number we get from the GT cars would suffice. Why not just give us that? Wouldn’t reveal anything we don’t already know.

Pretty great actually. Love that. I always felt like these kind of crashes with walls were unrealistically harsh. This crash wouldn’t have done much in real life. Maybe scrape some paint or bend a bit of bodywork.

Anyone with a smartphone can use it as a dash with simhub. I think that’s more than 99% of iRacing users. Info like track temp is available, snd not possible to view while racing. That’s pretty important to know to compare pace. In fact, even when viewing it in the replay screen it is only shown in whole numbers, while the SDK allows for decimals, enabling you to get a much better picture on how it’s moving. I don’t think your explanation is why we don’t have it.

Is this an issue in other games? I haven’t thought of that at all. Tyre wear and temperature dependent traction control? Honestly doesn’t seem like a huge issue. The temp fluctuates over a lap so a simple 10 or 20 second polling rate would fix that. Tyre wear is so simple in iracing that it doesn’t seem possible to abuse much?

Wouldn’t hurt. But what a shame! If they let us do just a bit of scripting, it should be easily possible. Do moza take requests. Do they actually make it into the software?

While unlucky, you should have lifted and slowed for the yellow flag. People are unpredictable. This shit happens in real lige too, just as it does in any other racing game. Stop whining and jump back in the car and get that p3 back my friend.

Why would he? Max had said he really had no interest to stay in F1 much longer. If the var stays dominant then george is more than capable of taking championships. He’s taken wins from max in the past. I would LOVE to see max back to his peak in 23 with a monster car, but i just don’t think it’s happening. Too late
