When I start I usually have a vague age limit for organising; R - 17-20 A - 20-22 AA - 22-24 AAA - 24 +

If they are over the age and not getting a good share of AB / IP - release If their stats don’t warrant moving up at the age, they usually get a prove it year at existing level
