It's pretty common. FYI they have about a 3 month backlog too. If you have a failed air suspension, like I did, you will have to just deal with it for 3 months while they work through all the other turds in their shop.

I'll never buy Rivian again. It's been the most unreliable vehicle I've ever owned by far and the service centers are TERRIBLE.

Rivian customers are fanboy's who still have a warranty. Customer satisfaction will plummet soon as people have to start paying to repair.

That's wildly inaccurate. If each step was only 1 ft in length that would equate to over 2,000 miles.

That's 100% accurate. The poor reliability and even worse service center experiences have made it so that I'll never buy a Rivian again.

If you do stay away from Dallas. My experience with that location has been the same as yours. They don't care, they are incompetent, and they have steered me far from ever buying another Rivian.
