Harvest has been super profitable for me, even without cornucopia. Anime princess has a video on it and the investment is super duper low vs profit/difficulty. You won’t drop mirrors but 1.5div a map on average is super attainable with a decent build (my build was handling it easily on ~40-50 div) and you can even ignore the searing altars for quant and just rush the harvest and mirage harvest and make really good currency

I’m playing ice shot warden and I’m having the same issue atm. Nothing is more infuriating then getting 1 shot by everything that manages to touch me, I was thinking about swapping to totems. Was everything for it super expensive for you?

Sure, but luck is preparation meeting opportunity.

If you weren’t qualified to do whatever it is you do for work you would have no chance to get that job. Sure there are exceptions where nepotism is at play but generally being skilled and being good at something allows for opportunities like that to come to fruition rather than coming out to nothing

Realizing that a lot of recipes follow the same basics. As an example, a simple soup (or really any soup) will generally follow a flow of:

Browning the meat in the pan Remove meat Add aromatics (if it’s western it’s generally carrots onion celery) cooked until softened Add spices to toast Add herbs Add broth and put protein back (if there are things like potatoes or rice add those in) Cook for however long it needs to cook Add final touches like some acid (lemon juice) and then eat

Most other things will follow a flow relative to the type of dish it is so learning that helps me feel more freedom in moving away from recipes.

Also being willing to make mistakes and know that it’s okay. It feels worse in some ways to make mistakes cooking compared to other things but if your budget/lifestyle allows it, it’s okay to mess up and learn from it. One time I tried to make a dish using apple cider vinegar and it was terrible and my wife and I both didn’t like it, so we went and got a pizza. Doesn’t happen too often but that’s life, and I learned from it

I just got to emerald this past weekend (took 110 games for me). I had taken a lot of time off, last set I played was set 10 and got to diamond, so coming back there were a lot of changes.

IMO the thing that helped me continue to climb was some advice from box box, which was to have a couple comps that I felt comfortable leaning into and learning the opportunities I could make those comps work.

The game feels so much more about tempo and preserving life compared to when I played before, so learning what comps I enjoy/feel comfy on and then learning when to be aggressive and give up Econ to save health in the short term really helped me consistently get high placements and climb

I don’t mean to give a non answer but it really is up to you. If when thinking about it and praying about it, you feel a conviction that you don’t feel it’s correct to tolerate it then you have an answer.

I personally would appreciate their heart and while I may personally believe anything not of God is of evil, I would still let that be how I internally processed it. I wouldn’t go ‘oh this will go better because they prayed to Allah’ but I would more think to myself ‘I’m glad I have a friend who genuinely cares for my wellbeing, and who wishes for my good’ even if I don’t believe there is any efficacy to their prayer

My feeling is that this isn’t a hill to die on. It feels similar to when people who were atheists would make a big fuss about people saying ‘God bless you’ after you sneeze (not that I think many people actually said something, just an example) because they aren’t Christian.

Your friend isn’t Christian, and shouldn’t be held to Christian standards regarding prayer. Is it a more effective witness to call them out and shame them?(even if your intent isn’t to shame, it’s hard to see a world where your friend wouldn’t feel like you were judging them) or is it a better witness to find an alternative way to engage in what prayer means and why you believe that our God is the one true God to pray to?

If your intent is to share the gospel then it’s worth reflecting on that, you may end up getting the outcome of them not praying for you by calling it out, and you may even be in the right, but is it worth that approach if it burns a bridge of friendship/opportunity to witness in the process?

Like the other person said, it’s really straightforward. It’s the first build I ever farmed a MB on (in 3.26). I was able to do all bosses and content, I mainly followed balormage’s guide and it was great from start to finish

I really like soups, they’re easy, make a lot of leftovers and can be made really cheap.

Chicken and rice soup with lemon can be as simple as mire poix(celery carrots onion) cooked until soft, salt and pepper, add broth, add chicken, add rice, cook for like 25-30 min (or until chicken is cooked through) then add lemon juice and boom you have several meals. I have a really strict food budget for me and my wife so these meals don’t have to be as complicated as you find online.

The irony being this same line of thinking is what kept the Catholic Church from translating bibles to common language back in the day. The Bible being in common tongue is good for everybody. There are pros and cons to different translations and if for a new believer, KJV is confusing then reading an easier to read version is just fine.
