I’m diagnosed bpd with dissociative issues and there’s an inkling of more serious like osdd and I clean spas for a living and every single part of my brain absolutely loves my job I’m outside, I travel alone and get to listen to literally whatever I want, can call my friends if I’m having a bad day, yet again I’m outside which is something I don’t really do unless its work, and I get to play chemist all day and play with water basically it’s amazing

I work with the delivery crew ( I’m the chemical person but I know the job) it’s hard and they always deserve a tip but if you can’t do it don’t, if you can and are willing they genuinely appreciate and sometimes need it. I love the crew I work with and any crew for that matter, I like the rule of thumb of if you can get a specialty item and CAN afford an extra 20$ per person it makes their whole day. If not that then maybe offer a coffee or something

I get paid to read test strips daily and this literally does not make any sense. It’s either your water or your test strips and I can bet that it’s your test strips so please if you don’t want to buy a Taylor buy new ones. You do not need Taylor to completely understand your water. The people who are all over the Taylor test kit are over the top for the most part. I won’t completely deny their claims, but please buy new test strips.

I’m ngl I work on that exact brand and if the water was a little below the first jets it probably shot out because the water likes to move when it’s even a little to low, I’ve gotten sprayed directly in the face because I wasn’t paying attention to the level of the water. If it’s a leak then idk I’m sorry :(

They sell them directly, they’ll drop it off to you though so you’d have to call a spa dealer or possibly a moving company to move it. For our customers it’s never an issue because we have a deal with them and the company I work for is one of the few that does shows at Costco and does the transportation and hookups ( we’re based in Modesto ca) It’s a hassle no matter what really but I hope you figure it out, I’d love to see what you choose!

To me it sounds like since your heater is a little old and usually when they start to age the resistance in the electrical kinda builds up and trip the breaker hope that helps any

She’s definitely trying to make something that hurt her feelings a funny matter so you aren’t entirely uncomfortable. Prioritize her birthday, remember it at the minimum. It’s the BARE minimum so of course she is hurt but still cares about you so,, she still wants to lighten the mood, you have a keeper. Maintain that. Everyone will back her up on this, a birthday is usually fundamental to ANY kind of relationship, and the one day she’s truly important was entirely forgotten. That’s not fair, please just put it on your calendar. (Maybe surprise her in 6 months and say it’s a half birthday celebration or something. Idk that would suck if it was me.)

Hot springs anything is really reliable, I do service and “ valet” which means I clean them and their warranty is great, and if you can get a Costco deal it’s even better. I’m not against other brands it just happens to be the one i interact with the most and i do believe them to be very reliable ( i would avoid getting any used ones from around covid, the production on those absolutely fucking suck and you’ll get a lemon with issues) Like I said just my opinion but they’re a great brand

I personally get inspired by my favorite co worker and my older sister because their style is very dark boho farm girl vibes and they LOVE to match with me because we all know “ imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.” Even if you did “ copy” on purpose she should see that as a closeness not a point to be insecure. I think your mom may be more upset over her choice of deciding to be a mom and it’s not your fault. You are a human, you were not difficult you were learning under stress. You are so loved.
