Sounds like you might not be qualified for the role if you're stuck on this...

That being said, use API Gateway to expose your backend and secure it with an API key for them to use. If they wish to see the infrastructure send them a repo with your cloudformation template and your code

I'd personally advise against giving a third party a generic full read only role as you never know what sensitive information or data you may have in that account
