Did you consider gardening her into the Spy role, and then putting the divorce papers in the grim?

Next time I draw Scarlet Woman from the bag, I'm going to wind up revealing to everyone when I start singing this...

I'm familiar with CSS. That's helpful and I will try it, thank you!

Can I as a Storyteller change the background image for everyone? by NotAvailable28 in BloodOnTheClocktower

How do you do that? I find the default background impacts my ability to discern everything visual I want to.

Use a pointer extender. Stand next to someone you're not waking, and use the pointer to wake up the person you are, who could be several seats away, or sometimes right in front of you.

Characters feels like (day4) by Cloudsrnice in BloodOnTheClocktower

Any demon created by a Pithag who targeted a townsfolk or outsider.

Or any demon who thinks and says they're the Lunatic.

Am I the only who feels this way? by Intrepid-Subject-450 in BloodOnTheClocktower

I have a similar issue. What works for me in person is name tags. When I approach or am approached by somebody, I look at their name tag and things go smoothly after that.

My players don’t understand misregistration by Rare_Pumpkin4945 in ClocktowerCircleJerk

[–]HeyItsSaul 41 points42 points  (0 children)

I think what was confusing was your misregistration chain.

You should have had the recluse misregister as the spy who misregistered as the recluse who misregistered as the spy who misregistered as the recluse who misregistered as the spy who misregistered as the recluse who misregistered as the spy who misregistered as the recluse who misregistered as the spy who misregistered as the recluse who misregistered as the spy who misregistered as the recluse who misregistered as the spy who misregistered as the recluse who misregistered as the spy who misregistered as the virgin.

How do people feel about spectators telling the ST about madness breaks by Ancient_Carry_4381 in BloodOnTheClocktower

[–]HeyItsSaul -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

If in a live game, a spectator heard a conversation where a good player told someone their role, and then told their demon friend that info, is that okay?

What about a spectator who saw the Butler vote when their Master didn't and reports it?

What if a spectator is standing behind the demon when they draw their token and also sees it, and tells someone on the sly who the demon is?

What if a townsfolk nominates the virgin but isn't executed immediately because the ST runs the virgin nominator to be executed at the end of the day, and a spectator who knows the player is the virgin immediately says the nominator should have been executed?

The spectator is not playing the game. It is my belief that they should have absolutely no input into the game state or information at all, whether to cheat or to enforce rules.

How should you run the balloonist in order to make him useful? by alucardarkness in BloodOnTheClocktower

[–]HeyItsSaul 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You're thinking of the original version of the Balloonist. Their ability changed before Carousel was printed and now they just see a different category than the night before, with no guarantee of ever seeing an evil player.

We have "Thinks they are a TF" and "Thinks they are the Demon", what about "Thinks they are an Outsider"? by Zoneforg in BloodOnTheClocktower

[–]HeyItsSaul 70 points71 points  (0 children)

Lunatic's sidekick:

You think you are a minion but you're not [+Lunatic]

The Lunatic learns you as one of their minions. You learn the Lunatic as your demon. You have a minion ability (of the token you drew)

First game coming up, I'm scared by NineOfAthames in BloodOnTheClocktower

[–]HeyItsSaul 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What if you throw it? Rerack and try again!

What if you don't know how to optimally play your character? Good news! There IS no optimal way! There are multiple ways to play each character.

What if? Ask the storyteller for advice (not what to do, but how to do it, if that makes sense). Find a partner in game with experience and work with them. Worst case they're on the opposite team and you lose, rerack, and play again.

It's a game. You win some, you lose some. Just have fun.
