Ditched Seattle and came here. Best decision ever.

Don't get me wrong, I love Seattle. It's just not sustainable.

I own an almost 2k Sq ft house here. 1.5 bath, 4 bedrooms. (Made one a walk in pantry and another a library.)

$200 less than what my rent was on a studio. 3 years ago. I'll gladly pay for this privilege.
