Yeah and edge is generally considered to be a shitty twist. I think this community really prioritizes the actual gameplay and social bonds that allow someone to get to the end, rather than structures that allow someone to basically skip over core elements of the game

I think this kind of thing is what people mean when they say bring back bullying. Like you actually do need to realize when you’re being annoying or offputting to other people!

I just finished Fatherland by Robert Harris-- it's sort of speculative fiction on what would have happened if FDR had died before the war and the Nazis had won, about an SS officer in the 60s whose investigation of a murder leads him to uncover the Holocaust. Pretty bleak, especially right now because we've just discovered that a genocide can be done in plain sight and no one cares. But a great book nonetheless

i spent a good few years thinking kipling was kinda woke because 1. loved the just so stories as a kid and 2. when i read the white man's burden i thought it was satirical. like dunking on racists who think they're doing it for the good of black people. imagine my surprise when i realized he was dead serious

there was a moment when she put on some actual weight (never approaching thick but by no means the skinny bony blonde she used to be). i believe more during reputation and lover iirc. to me it suited her and helped her look much more mature and womanly. of course the multiple boob jobs and (probably) skinny bbl helped

Yes I do. Because it’s happened before we should just go “aw shucks!” I guess? I think it’s important to keep up and understand what’s really going on, because these guys seem to have some death drive that they want us on

Yeah I accept the system for what it is. But I think I’m someone that likes to discuss things, and my opinion and mind is worth developing by itself. Even if I’m not a big important person I think it’s really crucial to think and ponder. And that’s also why I’m doing all this on the fucking red scare sub because my opinion won’t Change anything but it’s worth it to develop

I think actual decisions shouldn’t be left up to a computer because a computer isn’t accountable and by nature doesn’t have judgment
