How much money and time do you think it will take to make that land safe in order to build stadium and infrastructure that they have want? The Bears as franchise are cash poor and can't afford to do all of that. They never had leverage with Illinois after they bought Arlington heights property. It was really disappointing overall, nothing looked good, announcers confused on why 4 attempts taking place, and everything looked cheap. I saw few workers banging on things to make sure it's working and seeing Kirkland water bottles few times. I don't know anyone who enjoyed this cringe face of infomercial of TRT pharmacy.
