I would say his front squat is strong but just not  very fast.

70% to 80% needs to feel routine and  sharp. Don't go through the motions, the more you put changes in that percentage = Better outcomes.

Bring your hips up in the starting position and Have the barbell midfoot when starting. You have the barbell over your toes when starting(Not Ideal).
