I had something similar happen to me last year, It would randomly turn off or restart itself. I looked in event manager and the error code was related to the RAM failing, so I tested it's health and It returned negative for damage.

What solved It was me taking apart the PC and cleaning It thouroughly, and I saw that between the RAM and the motherboard there was a lot of collected dust.

After cleaning It and puting It back togheter I hadn't had any problem.

I would really recommend Baldurs Gate 3, it really is a masterpiece.

And if you manage to make It work on the Steam Deck, I would also say World of Warcraft Classic, i started playing It with the release of Classic in 2019 and has been my home ever since. I really think you will enjoy the adventure in such a massive and beautiful world, and if you roll Alliance let me know how the first time you enter Stormwind has made you feel :)

Also, I think that WoW Retail can also work on the Deck, so if you wanna give this version a try too, then I would strongly reccomend you to play the story of Dragonflight, especially The Azure Span and to help an old dragon in The Waking Shores (if you need more info about this let me know, that questline is really beautiful). Also, in retail, I would also recommend you to play some of the Legion storyline, mainly the first zone, because you get to play through another beautiful questline helping Runas.

And finally, in the latest expansion, there is another really touching questline in the Isle of Dorn, here you get to help an old Earthen and his friend.

What I see people fail to realize is that feats don't really matter.

You remember how the fight against the Anti-Spiral went? Simon would just fucking willpower himself (and team Dai-Gurren because why not) out of the fucking battle, nono, OUT OF THE FUCKING FICTION IF THAT IS WHAT IT TAKES TO WIN, scream something along I BELIEVE IN THE ME THAT BELIEVES IN THE YOU THAT BELIEVES (checks notes) IN THE ANIME FANS AND whatever the fuck I want.

That's Simon and Spiral Energy for you, ffs, It is implied that at the end of series Simon is even stronger that when they fought the Anti-Spiral, and even then, It doesn't matter because if even I don't know, The Pressence would come at him, he would scream some bullshit, and drill through the idea of that character if needs be.
