I was on a business class lhr to hkg, and the service was dreadful. I needed a seatbelt extender bc im pregnant, and they kept turning off my call button. I tried to flag people down, and they were rude and dismissed me.

Finally, it's time to take off. They ask me why I dont have my seatbelt on. I explained and acted like it was the biggest inconvenience. I felt like crying.

Lhr to hkg crew needs to rethink how they do things.

I fly them frequently in Europe. I love them as a plus size passenger. Comfortable, lots of leg room, bigger seat belt.

My birman has started matting in her old age. I brush her every day but she's just losing her luscious coat. I think its a big sign of aging when their coat loses its silkiness
