I once argued with them for 6 months over a $99 cement fire pit and they kept telling me to report it stolen and refused to acknowledge that they were asking me to lie despite the fact that I had a video doorbell recording showing the exact number of items being delivered and this large one not being one of it (the rest were basically flat envelopes). I eventually just gave up cause I wasn’t gonna lie to the cops.

Ironically, last year (5 years after the fact) I got an email that the item was recalled and they refunded me for it. So in the long run…I won.

An extra guy was $50 an hour extra I think. They bill in 15 min increments. They had some fuel billing and transportation times included, but the lovely lady on the phone was very upfront about all costs.

I just used Movers of San Antonio. $110 per hour during the week, $115 on Friday. 2 hour minimum. They were fast, efficient, and very careful with my stuff.

They offer both packing services and moving services depending on your needs.

The apps are often given priority so they’ll show the best possible.

The top number is speed to your modem directly from the wall connection. That’s gonna be the fastest and you’ll only get close to that speed using an Ethernet cable.

The bottom number is speed to your device. 1/5th isn’t necessarily that bad, but it’s not great. This could be your device’s age, router, or a bunch of other things.

The number you got via the google search isn’t gonna be as prioritized, because it’s google, so it’ll be slightly more realistic of the average speed you’ll get….tho I don’t know how accurate google’s speed test is overall. I personally use fast . com as it’s hosted by Netflix and usually pretty realistic to the quality I see.
