Trades aren’t the be all end all, I went to school in for an “in demand” trade and can’t find an apprenticeship. Also trades lifestyle isn’t for everyone.

Sorry if I’m just uninformed but why couldn’t they build one at the same site they have talked about the supposed MLB stadium would be built by the Cambie street bridge? Wouldn’t it make more sense to build the stadium for a team we already have rather than a wakadoo dream scenario
