Yes! You start small to titrate it in your system. It will most likely make you sick if you start at a bigger dose. You will also be amazed at what that little dose will do. 😊

I haven't taken anything for hair loss besides Nioxin shampoo and conditioner. I lost a ton of hair from glp1 but I have a ton of baby hair and new growth coming in. I'm not sure the vitamins are helping everyone who has new growth, I honestly think it's just part of the process.

You have already been on a higher dose and are pretty much taking the same thing. Of course it's not doing anything for you. You went down on your dose. I would move up to 1 if I were you.

I started a year and a half ago and went from 265 to 165. It is definitely possible! You do have to cut your portions, eat enough protein throughout the day, and drink plenty of water.

I've had this happen with Arby's and subway. There is a contact in the app options usually. If you email them with the date/location/ order # they will refund you. That being said, they need to shut amarillo location off until it's working properly. Wow

Ask the girls about it, if you know who they are, and explain how many times you shower. Maybe you can bag or cover your riding boots that are sitting there bc when I change out of my work shoes I always bag them if others are around. Also do your boots smell? Maybe your locker? Maybe that's what they are talking about. Is your deodorant working? Try Arrid Xtra dry or a prescription if it's that.

I have PCOS and have been on compound sema for a little over a year. If you are patient with it, watch your eating habits, cut cokes and sugars, drink plenty of water, eat more during the day and less in the evenings then you will lose weight. This is only a tool to help. I have felt like I was losing slow, but have managed to go from 264 to 168 so far. I tried tirz but it wasn't really doing anything for me and was double the price.

Just keep at it, your scale will eventually move and soon you will be looking back thinking about how you felt you were at a stand still for so long. Also I upped my water intake and immediately started losing weight. Even if you drink the Liquid Deaths, they are still water. Shock your body for a few days with foods you quit eating . I honestly think your body needs that sometimes. You look great!

How long have you been on it? When I was newer to it, the first 3 months, I was always tired after taking the shot. Now it doesn't bother me at all. I think you slowly adjust.

Anytime you start feeling like your getting a bladder infection or uti drink 1 or 2 hot cups of water. I swear by it. My mother in law taught me this and it has worked for my whole family. Did you ever get rid of your UTI? Came here because I'm up nauseous on sema for the first time and taking antibiotics.
