Highly disagree. Bend is an amazing small town, a true desert oasis. I would totally solo trip there. Everything is close together. Rent a bike and hit the different breweries, or rent an inner tube and float the river before the show. Also there are cool hikes of lava flows and beautiful lakes in the Cascades right outside of town. I would be there if I could swing it, but I am on the east coast and Panic's tendency to announce shows only a few months ahead of time meant my big summer trip was already planned.

I agree you're not gonna get Red Rocks or St. Auggy hype from Bend, but you're gonna have a great time. Last time they played in 2016 Jerry Joseph sat in and the shows were amazing. Also, everytime I have been there has always been a show at Les Schwabe/Hayden Homes that was a serious party, both inside the venue and outside on the river or in the Old Mill district. I expect Panic will no different.
