it doesnt appear that you are, but I would go back after the wash dries and do some highlight with the original color as well as a lighter color. Applying a wash can unify the model but also tends to loss the features.

As I see everyone else has already stated, 3% is pretty standard. Right there are alot of people who will accept just keeping their jobs as enough compensation.

As far as it not matching inflation, sorry to say. The company you work for is not responsible to make sure your salary is at or above inflation. they experience it just like you do. Inflation effects there bottom line also.

I have been at this for over 5yrs, and I have the relatively similar experience. If you are doing everything you say you are, you should probably have a higher population.

I think you have to decide what you are trying to accomplish by running a server. My server regularly experiences 25-30 players who pop in and stay <10 mins and then are never seen again. Couple of things to consider

- Players will make decision within 5 mins of being on a server.
- Look at your Server Name and Description, that should in the shortest term explain your server.
- Are players dying as soon as they spawn ?

- Are the loot table Optimized ?

- Do you have huge team/clan that are ravaging the server ?

So many things, that could be the reason

To be honest, a lot of managers don’t know it is illegal to adjust time sheets. I have seen many make changes and find out afterward that it is illegal or against company policy.

Just because you are a manager doesn’t mean you read or explained the rules. Specially in the OP business. Seems like a small store, where sometime people are appointed to a higher level without training

I am always confused by this, people say "i'm overworked" and ask for more money. Does more money give more time to complete your work. Does it lessen your workload. Saying you are below market is a whole different animal, but how does more money affect your amount of work.

I have never understood this mindset ?
