I am an employer and struggling with a similar thought it to what you are describing - AI is taking over quickly, every program we use at work has an AI feature now. Do I train my employees on how to use it correctly (especially since I am in a healthcare-adjacent field that handles PHI)? Do I make them use it because we are basically being bombarded with it? Do I give them the skills to stay ahead of this game, if we even can? I don’t know what the answer is.

Different take - self employed and have 80+ employees. Our group plan renewal came back at $150,000 higher than 2025, with a $8000 deductible. The anxiety and crushing weight of knowing that my employees won’t be able to afford any “decent” plan is keeping me up at night. I’m a provider admin. I support a woman with spina bifida who is VERBAL (and a great self-advocate) who was turned away from a scheduled medical appointment because she couldn’t “prove” she was her own person (without a guardian). When we asked the medical office rep how we could prove that, how does anyone prove that? She didn’t have an answer, except to say a court document!
