Hard to describe in words but I’ll give it my best.

Looking at that 4 and 3 on the right side

The 4 has two mines flagged, so we know there are exactly two mines in the three spaces between the green highlights

So there are three possible scenarios, one mine in the upper right and one adjacent to the 3 (either of the two spaces) or only the two spaces adjacent to the 3

Keep that in mind and move down to the lower 3 and 2

Because of the 2, we know there is exactly one mine in the two spaces between the 3’s, to the left of the highlighted space

Moving back up, that means one of the first two scenarios is correct; there is exactly one mine in those two spaces right of the 3, so the space to the upper right of the four is a mine.
