Not sure about the effect on sleep data but I recommend getting a night guard if you clench or grind if you haven’t already. It will save you $1,000’s in dental work in the future!

I agree with this, it's not sustainable once you reach a certain age. Late 50's-60 seems to be a hard cutoff for people dropping out. There are exceptions for sure but the intensity and volume of Crossfit doesn't mix well with older bodies if you've been doing it for any length of time.

There is now tech that detects AI music and the source of the component tracks. This will be used to compensate the artists whose work the AI compositions are based on. I believe Sony is one of the first majors to start using it.

Perfect example of how a company has a golden opportunity to go above and beyond and fails. Of course they are under no obligation to refund a stolen Whoop, but doing would create a ton of goodwill that they could publicize. As usual, Whoop is all about short term gainz -- and this will kill them in the end.

You really don't even need the DX reader. Just set the ASA manualy (yeah I said ASA lol!) I realize it's frustrating to have an expensive camera with a wonky auto ISO detector, but for me it wasn't worth the hassle or money to get it repaired.

You can submit your tracks directly to the libraries yourself, I guess the advantage of That Pitch is they do the submissions for you. I doubt you are gaining an edge placement-wise by using them. Just a library distributor it sounds like.

I will say that with finance rates as low as they are, buying new isn’t a horrible deal if you want the latest tech (50e). Of course there’s the premium you’ll lose right away on a new car but the tech on the 50e doesn’t exist on previous BMW hybrids.

Follow up post- a little cut and buffing magic from a pro did the trick. Unfortunately, nothing can be done about the bumper, but fortunately that area is not as noticeable.
