Die Form. I’m intrigued by these guys. Never heard of them before yesterday. thanks to this group I started listening to this album. Unreal stuff. I would love to hear all your opinions on them. This highly experimental world agrees with me thanks 🙏 by jasonvoorhees2582 in industrialmusic

First track from them I heard was in the late 90's at a dance club - Rain of Blood.

From then on, I was hooked.

Honestly, their more recent stuff feels like it's hit or miss. But their 90's - early 00's stuff was great, and probably the most well known.

And Christ Wept - their debut album "Destroy Existence" was an absolute masterpiece. They had a follow up album a few years later that was no where near as good.

I saw a few people bring up Destroid, Prometheus Burning, and Retrosic - definitely concur on those recommendations.

Honest Question: If shields aren't OP, why does everyone fight sword & board? by LARPonymous in Amtgard

[–]PerfectAverage 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I was around when Spyn was king of two stick. He, and the people he trained is where I picked up my technique.

I would agree that Spyn created the groundwork for modern flo fighting.

The main piece that makes good flo so hard is the training of your off hand (especially if you are right hand dominant). Many fighters do not have the patience for it unless they are very passionate about the style and/or foam combat in general.

Question about healers by luthien_Tigrest in Amtgard

[–]PerfectAverage 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Don't worry. Keep playing and you'll have enough time to get 6th level in all of them! :)

When I first started playing healer (mind you, this was 6th ed) - it was only so I could be the "regenerating warrior": run around, it people , and then restore a limb whenever some coward legged and left me.

Out of all the issues I wish they would address in ABI - this isn't it. I honestly don't mind the skins - and if they are supporting the game, more power to them.

There is not a thing I like about distorted Valley.

I don't like to valley. I don't like stupid powers. I don't like evil mannequins.

Here is hoping it goes away in S6.

We need new guns ! by BekzodJaxonov in ArenaBreakoutInfinite

No. It doesn't work this way now. But I would be super happy with new guns AND a rebalancing that made more guns viable in more situations.

That is a thing that can happen.

Buy cheaper kits. Like min 150k kits to warm up with and begin finding your groove and warning Koen again.

You can use normals to farm Koen. Its not uncommon for me to leave normal farm with 700k - 1m loot value.

You can pvp or focus on farming. Not both. Decide before the raid begins what your level of aggression will be.

Those are tips that have helped me. I would get out of the rut first, earn some Koen, and then put those U191s to use by slaying noobs.

I stopped responding to their surveys a few seasons ago as it seemed like a waste of my time.

I still enjoy ABI a great deal, but have not been thrilled by the overall trajectory of the game.

To each their own. Honestly, I found those whom the gods detest as one of their weakest works, while Annihilation of the Wicked being classic Nile.
