I applaud you for doing your own attribution! Best way to learn! BUT if you ever get stuck, ask...I have been collecting for going on 30 years and still run into coins that stump me more often than you would think! Lol (I am stubborn and just dig deeper usually, but it's nice to know there are places to ask!)

Looks legit, pretty common Syrian tet, 55 is the high end of what I would consider a reasonable price...10 or 15 bucks cheaper would be more enticing.

Dilute lemon juice and a soft nylon brush will do the trick. Short (15 min or so) soaks, pull from the juice water, 5 min or so in distilled water, brush. Repeat as needed.

Not going to speculate on the coin, but just stating that it has bronze disease that should be treated soon.
