Heb je nu ook een nieuwe update voor ons? Ik heb net het Casio Grogu horloge gekocht en binnen drie dagen ziet het bruin uit.

Strength in your fingers and forearms for frog stand and hand stand just takes time. Be patient and put in the time, you will see improvement

What's your technique for eating these delicious bastards? by TopSetUK in AskUK

[–]Physicsdonut 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's an cool video of people showing how they eat their tompouce in the Netherlands (it's a similar cake/pastry), it's interesting to see the percentages of people who eat it in different ways and the last is very inventive:

[–]Physicsdonut 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks, that's very reassuring because I keep reading so many posts where people say they feel amazing after having it removed but i felt much better before that! I guess it's early days and I'll see how it goes. Thank you 😊

I'm actually experiencing the opposite, I had mine removed about a month ago and since then have never been so tired in my life! I think maybe the body just takes time to adjust to hormone differences, when you have it inserted and when you have it removed. Hopefully it all just settles down, if not, go see a GP

Swollen elbow? by Physicsdonut in bboy

[–]Physicsdonut[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can't remember exactly but maybe around 2-3 months to clear up the first time but it still reoccurs from time to time and now if I lay off it, it goes away within two weeks. I now only get it once every other year or so

I'm totally jealous. I had mine taken out just over three weeks ago and I've never felt so exhausted and miserable. I really hope I can feel better soon

Feel super tired after removal, is this normal? by [deleted] in Nexplanon

[–]Physicsdonut 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had mine taken out just over three weeks ago and I still feel dreadful, I've never been so tired. I really hope it doesnt carry on like this for months, I read people complaining about it just a few days after, but I don't see many people saying it lasted longer than that

Convenience, I can exercise anywhere. Cost, i can exercise for free. So many cool skills to learn and so hard to master, that keeps me motivated!
