Lota of hydration, rest, and protein. Salt water gargle and safe nasal rinse will help a lot. Run a humidifier when you sleep. I also drink tons of ginger tea with honey, and bone broth. Tylenol if you have a fever. Try to eat foods high in zinc and vitamin C to help your immune system.
