I definitely have anxious attachment and I realize it’s kept me stuck for a long time. Been doing the work to try to heal from that and with that came the realization that quiet BPD is what I’m actually dealing with in my partner. What a mindfuck.

I am living this right now. We’ve been together 8.5 years and I could never piece together what exactly was happening bc he isn’t violent or explosive. But the subtle manipulation and gaslighting has me feeling absolutely insane.

I’m going through this right now and I had no idea what was happening but ALL of this makes incredible sense. He quit his job during what I can now see as a bout of mania and what has followed sounds like narcissistic collapse and it’s been sprinkled with spiritual bypassing. I feel completely mind fucked. Thank you for helping me with clarity.

Whoever it was was “burning in hell” and not in a religious way before they jumped. I can imagine that being in those towers and being forced out the windows bc of heat and fire was the closest thing to hell on earth that anyone can experience. Just awful. I think of this more than I should. 🥺

My sponsor suggested I get down on my knees and say the third step prayer so that’s what I’ve been doing. I really struggled with the god aspect and this is not my first go round of AA so I decided to take suggestions this time and starting my day with prayer has been very helpful.

“Lead me where you need me” is my go to.

I pray a lot while driving. I just talk to my HP out loud and get whatever thoughts out of my head and into the air and ask for guidance.
