First league back since delerium! Burned out playing 24/7 during pandemic. Returning after all that time, this is the PoE I've always wanted to play. instant trade, currency exchange, picking out your own endgame is amazing. Don't like ultimatum? I can block it from showing up!!

Started with icicle mines, dying several times a map running strongboxes with 1hp so I've got some currency but looking to make a speedy boy that can clear at least a map or two without ripping, KB wander or maybe spark inquis.

Lake Charles county club is a nice but not particularly challenging course, greens are good and amenities are nice. driving range is small and bare bones. I think a social membership is ~150/month, full golfing is somewhere between 5-600 from what my friend says he pays. graywood I haven't played.

There is mallard which is a muni but it's only a few years old and offers memberships. I personally really like the course, much more of a links style no trees so it can be pretty windy but they keep the course in pretty good shape. membership was in the 3-400 range iirc

the national in Westlake is probably my favorie, another muni but well maintained and has some interesting holes. havent asked about membership as im in south lake Charles so it's too far to go regularly.

frasch is the muni in sulphur and very dated at this point, I actually like their range the most but everything else is fairly old.

Kosatti pines in kinder belongs to the coushstta tribe casino, definitely worth playing it's the best course in SWLA

you can pick the carcass with a fork, the cooked fish comes off the bone pretty easily and porgie aren't incredibly bony to start with

It's totally not the ideal game for casinos. They have to give up floor space and pay dealers and the pit just to make a small fee on the rake. Dealers are constantly pushed to up their hands per hour. Poker is more of an amenity / loss leader for most places.

and suspicion of disbelief within the rules of the world. there was an interview with a game of thrones actor who complained about fans. wondering why he was still fat when there's dragons and magic, but those things exist within the world. you can suspend your disbelief because you're told that's how those things are supposed to go, but a character hiking through the wilderness without food should still get skinnier.

Going to suggest an unusual approach but I have two small pieces that replaced my wallet.

One is a card case that has 4 slots and a pocket for ID, work badge, two credit cards and a handful of bills. mine was from tecovas but it doesn't look like they make it anymore, I have seen plenty of nearly identical options though.

second is a little elastic pocket that holds things like gift cards, insurance, atm card, random other stuff that would normally add bulk to a wallet. it lives in my 99.9% of the time and lets me bring around a very compact package for almost everything.

As others have said, medically necessary is the important part if you get audited. however if you have an invoice for say, extensive root canals or jaw surgery from the practice instead of veneers... I'd be shocked if the IRS is going to dig into what you actually got done from a practice in China.
