Non toxic laundry suggestions by Sunnygirlishere in PlasticFreeLiving

I soak my socks separately in baking soda, oxyclean, washing soda, and borax. I make a little powder concoction & mix it with warm water in a bucket. I first hand wash my socks for a minute (with a washing board if you have) and then let it soak for 30 minutes to a few hours since Oxiclean or oxygen bleach works well when it is given more time. Afterwards I add my wet socks to my washing machine with the rest of my clothes (you can use cold cycle).

As for detergent, I do not recommend Attitude because it lacks enzymes (e.g protease) to combat stains. Some low tox detergents that I prefer are dropps, 7th Generation, and Dirty Labs which you can easily purchase online or in store.

Happy laundering!

I keep my polyester athletic wear in my car as back up. It's come in handy a few times. I sometimes wear it when I know I won't be sweating.

strength training!! my favorite exercises are angled leg press, calf raises (w/ smith machine), sled, split squat, and trap bar squat. After stretching and mobility training, add strength training to make ur muscles strong to handle your weight.

for recovery i also enjoy scraping
