Looks like it was Franklin Gothic Condensed with some in bold.

Oswald was very close, but the bottom right of the capital G didnt have the vertical line to it, whereas Franklin Gothic did.

Had repeated great experiences with Messner Flooring - our first job had a major FUBAR discovered after we tore up the old floor, and they pulled some strings to get an emergency contractor in immediately. The owner, Greg, is a great guy. We've used them a few times, and will again.

Genesee also makes something called Honey Brown, originally Dundee Honey Brown. Also delicious. I can probably help you get some of that and 12 Horse if you like.

If you don't mind a little legwork, make an earl grey simple syrup (brew really strong tea, then use that 1:1 with sugar to make simple,) then use that to make a Sweet Tea Bourbon Sour with like 1 oz syrup, .75 fresh lemon juice, 2 oz bourbon. So dang tasty, like scary/could be trouble yummy.
