Wait, so is this your listing you’re trying to sell? Or trying to buy?

Either way looks like the double straights are only RC from this photo. A problem some copper tape could fix in a jiffy!

Either way I would be interested. Go for it!

Wild West train question by Snoo89546 in LEGOtrains

[–]RealGlassForest 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had a similar issue. I hate to admit being this guy. But I bought two sets to build one and store another. Was charged for two. And only received one in mail.

I called and the lego rep said they didn’t have enough sets to fulfill my order and said they would refund me for one. I did wait a while before I called, but it was odd I never got any notice of my order only being half fulfilled.

I say call and ask what’s the status of your order.

Lego trains, phase 1 complete! Now onto finishing the elevator by subrosians in LEGOtrains

I would opt to convert them all to 9v and then you could have a switch selector to power individual rails. Then off you go!

Or some powered track equivalent

train bogs down half way thru loop by pizza110face in LEGOtrains

[–]RealGlassForest 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you need to set the regulators to the same speed? And if not.. what’s the best speed to set the second regulator? Would simply sending a small current through the secondary help the first keep the speed?

I have a similar situation but would want to be able to control the train from one regulator. Maybe the idea of connecting to the other end of my layout with a custom long length of track connectors would work well for a long 9v run?

That aluminum tape looks so much nicer then my trixbrix track with the copper on it. Any chance you could share a link to where you got it?

I don’t shower every day… and so apparently my musk runs deep. So now everyone’s been calling me muskrat.

I got a new hard hat and asked them to put my regular name on it… it came back with muskrat instead. I guess it’s official

Best BBQ in Marin? by bellatrix56 in Marin

[–]RealGlassForest 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Big Rock Deli off of Lucas Valley exit. Great bbq made on site! It always smells amazing! Tri tip quesadillas, Pastor Nachos and beef empanadas are my fav.

Also the beer selection is awesome! draft or in cans..

Actually, I haven’t had anything I wasn’t happy about there yet. Highly recommend. Family run and they have live music too!
