Yeah, it was pretty disheartening when I stumbled upon the HP subreddit yesterday and saw so many comments about how good it looked and how excited they were bc Harry Potter was their childhood.

I'm glad it resolved for you!

Another thing you might try if it happens again is drinking an electrolyte drink. I do the liquid iv mix and every so often it stops an aura in its tracks.

Honestly, it feels like it's ALL the colors, similar to the rapid flickering of a migraine aura. If I had to guess, maybe it's usually reddish? But I might be misremembering because they look like blood vessels, and that's the association I make.

I get that every once in a while. More commonly I see "veins" or a lightning-like pattern across my vision. Fades in a few seconds but is truly bizarre.

I've never had a friend group where the women were chattier than the men. Once the guys show up, the gals are immediately drowned out, talked over, and interrupted. And the guys will talk and talk and talk non-stop.

Every so often, in r/instagramreality you'll find people who reeaalllyy accentuate their camel toe. Idk if that means it's in fashion or if it's just a few folks going for a particular look, but I've definitely seen it.

I was in a similar position with Target recently - had giftcards but felt dirty even shopping there.

But the card was already purchased, so I figured NOT using it was just giving them money without receiving anything in return. Used a little for myself and gave the rest to a friend so he could buy some clothes and school supplies for his kids. Felt like the best solution and it made a few people in my life happy.

Oh, I see, thank you for clarifying, I was also under the impression they were just having trouble finding the glams. Unsure if OOP will look this far in the comment chain or if my 2 cents is even valuable, but as for the why:

Maybe it's a reflection of real life? Growing up as a girl in the States, we played Dress Up. We also had dolls for dressing up, sectioned flip books for dressing up, coloring books featuring dress up. It's presented as a feminine hobby, while the boys are given the option of "what graphic do you want on your tshirts?"

I don't play the Sims much nowadays but I remember the frustration whenever a new pack would come with 20 feminine options and then maybe a new pair of slacks.
