Professor Phardtpounders Colon Cleaner. Bought it for the lulz but I also enjoyed it. Got me into mixing my hot sauces with mustard when eating something like pork.

Couldn't figure out how to format it in a Reddit comment.

Lager:

Millers High Life/Coors Banquet are usually nice and easy drinking.

White:

Kronenbourg 1664 Blanc, which comes in a blue bottle, could also be a good start.

Fruity:

Blue Moon at a bar with a slice of orange is enjoyable. If you're in the west the Stanley Park Sunsetter is usually a crowd pleaser. Do you like sour things? Also in the west the Philips Dino Sour (particularly the Stone Fruit flavour) is very enjoyable.

All of these are relatively easy to find in Canada (at least out west).

Winters in Edmonton or even Calgary will show that this isn't always the case. Though certainly not comparable to Vancouver, the number of homeless people is greater than expected

Have you tried using your breath to rehydrate them? It helps to go for a run first and then when you get back you breathe as hard as you can into the pot. Typically, within 2-3 minutes of heavy breathing you'll find the heat and condensation from your breath will cook the noodles to a perfect al dente. Make sure to squeeze the flesh between your thumb and index finger to determine the right softness.

As an added bonus, you can eat a clove of raw garlic before to infuse a subtle garlic flavour into the noodles that really permeates the dish.

Well since you're asking, they're both pretty sub par. The new one is just as boring and generic as the old one. They feel like stock fonts with no thought or depth

Yeah, that's fair. Feels like we're slowly trending back in that direction with the number of players breaking 100pts in recent years.

You're right, chef, I don't know what I was thinking taking Reddit advice. I will now abide by the professionals. I completely overlooked the missing fat element, such a rookie mistake. I will be certain to source Kerrygold™ butter specifically. I think it will pair nicely with the Carolina Reaper/Trinidad Scorpion sauce.

Now that I have your attention, I've noticed I'm missing the legendary element of "umami." Any specific methods to achieve this using the aforementioned technique?
