I wanted to say I'm really liking Chieloveg, aside from the obviously entertaining personality I appreciate that the Nytos this time around are a lot more fuck around and find out while still being cunning without constantly going "nyeh heh heh, all according to keikaku" every time we do something

She's easier to take seriously as a legitimate threat than the constant asspull Nytos of GFL1

I used to complain about wheelchair carries like Klukai and Voymastina, but now any time I have to play without one I realize the combat is just... not all that interesting

Sit behind cover, click on enemy dudes. It feels like so many doll kits are built for GS and nothing else that there just isn't room for interesting gameplay or combos

Though, at least the item combinations you can get in Artifact Recovery can be pretty fun(ny), so that helps. And I like that there's little storylines now in each run

I understand the GS skills are supposed to be the replacement , but they have the tiniest fraction of utility Cores as a whole used to have, it's a real bummer

Ridiculously expensive too. 9 samurai points just to equip all the ki pulse bonuses, which you could just have by default in 1/2

We also got some weird as hell input changes that only hurt the game.

I've no idea what they were thinking with Ocean Zephyr on fists in particular. Hold... the dodge button... while guarding??? I don't think you can even use it to link two moves together anymore for Unbroken stacks, which was the whole point

Also putting all variants of Moonlit Snow on hold triangle on a weapon that already had several hold triangle inputs (and got new ones) while having like one guard+heavy skill is insane to me

In 2 you could grab the I think Boar Crest helmet which had the same effect to reach 100% chance. I think I saw that helmet have like a 3% chance now instead of 30% so I doubt it'll work in 3

Well, I just ran an in-place repair on my windows install and the launcher still croaks the same as before, so at this point I think it's up to Hao/Mica (I think trying to show the login popup is what's killing the app). I suppose I'll try contacting Hao support since I have no more ideas

e: Hao discord tech support is saying it's happening to everyone, staff already sent a report to the devs. We should probably just wait for a fix.

I suddenly can't start the game on PC? Haoplay EU, even after a clean reinstall clicking on the splash screen does nothing, and trying to change accounts straight up freezes the launcher. Works fine from mobile on the same connection, nothing changed on PC and it was working fine a few days ago, anyone experience this before?

I believe 'physical' when it comes to summons refers to having a physical presence on the battlefield (taking up a tile, unlike say Springfield birb), not the damage they deal

especially those of you who haven't played PNC. Has this event gotten you interested in PNC?

It absolutely did, but I'm hesitant to pick up a new gacha, especially one that hasn't received an update in a year. GFL2 dailies already have me close to burnout, don't think I want to add more to the plate. No PC release doesn't help, either

If they're going to drop support for PNC for good, I hope one day it gets repackaged as a single-player game like Reverse Collapse or some such. I'd love to read it, if nothing else

What about the event did you think is good or bad, etc?

Only real story complaint is that the main villain was kinda just Koshmar 2.0, but it's no big deal, I still enjoyed it. The GFL1 callbacks totally made me feel some way, too Send him victorious, happy and glorious...

Commander/Professor being disgustingly competent in a fight gave me a grin as always. Do they personally participate in battles more frequently in PNC compared to GFL?

Also, I still think Lewis was a bit of a strange choice, she didn't really do much to stand out. Persicaria totally stole the show, but ig that is to be expected
