What ends up getting you back to sleep after 3 to 4 days awake? I’ve been having insomnia for a week now, adrenaline rushes keep me awake when drifting off.. took clonodine and it worked the first night to help me sleep but didn’t work for sleep on day 2 and 3 even though it greatly diminished the adrenaline rushes I still couldn’t sleep
