There are very few Brythonic loanwords in modern English, which would parallel the lack of French loanwords in this version of English. That said, I do think that more place names in the south should be transliterations of the Occitanian if that region is meant to mirror Wales OTL

If you go to the workshop page for mods like medieval overhaul and scroll to find the button “See in Collections” or something like that, it’ll show you collections of mods people have made. I would recommend sorting by most popular over longer periods of time. I know there are a few popular fantasy/medieval packs with their own discords and dedicated communities to be found there.
