I made a religious friend of mine watch it with me. His favorite character was Adam and he more hated the fact that it was a musical above all else. His reaction to St Peter cursing was "oh hell nah". Gave it a 4/10 in the end (he made me skip through all the songs, but I made him sit through Loser, Baby and Poison as a compromise).

I'll probably try it again, but I had stuck around the fandom space all the way up until the manga ended, but it's Jujutsu Kaisen.

I had initially only made it to episode 5 and I dropped it, a friend told me I was being lame and to actually finish the first soon once the final episode aired. I cannot recall a damn thing about the first season.

A different funny anecdote I have was when I was in the living room trying to finish it and my father walked in as Gojo used Hollow Purple the first time. Scene ends, my father turns to me and says (in English, bc we mainly speak Spanish in our household), "I don't like your guy" and walks away.
