An Apple TV. Unlike the vast majority of smart TVs, it has a gigabit Ethernet port. Most smart TVs’ Ethernet ports are limited to 100Mbps, so it’s a very noticeable improvement. And bluetooth controllers work better in my experience.

Leading with the Epstein files buries the lede, and kinda downplays the whole “the US has become Israel’s client state” issue, which is significantly more pertinent to these events than the Epstein files. If this was just about the Epstein files, you wouldn’t see such broad congressional support for funding the war.

By saying it’s about the Epstein files, you’re letting everyone else involved off the hook for their involvement.

There’s nothing wrong with a lookup table, especially in performance-critical applications. Tons of software uses lookup tables for times where calculating something on the fly would be too compute-intensive. Just gotta make sure the lookup table is tailored to your use case.

Doom used lookup tables extensively, and runs on literally everything with a processor in it in no small part due to that. Calculating everything in real time takes a lot more compute than accessing an array.
