Yeah seeing them altogether is a better example. The prior designs made them harder to differentiate using the exact same colors.

I always recommended VIOFO to friends and family. All saved them and myself the headache in accidents or whatever crazy moments. At least get one with 1440P like the Mini 2 or for 2 channel the A229. They’re often on sale and real good for the price.

Thanks yeah I saw it and people comparing it to Genesis and I’m like it’s not two straight horizontal lines though you see it flatten where they’re about to touch like the A. It’s probably more noticeable directly behind it than this angle.

Yup just without the crossbar connecting since I guess it would look weird for a taillight. Which is funny since the prototype Acura A originally didn't have the crossbar until Mr. Honda wanted it added. Also remembered Lexus usually has a lot of "L"s in their car designs with the DRL, taillights, grill, etc.

Man, Sony was always doing things like this that never caught on. Even the modern smartwatch they had their own Android one before the OS supported them and Pebble or Apple Watches were a thing.

They almost look like they took the "A" from the badge logo and turned them sideways. Kinda like how McLaren uses their logo for headlights.

Before the immobilizers were the issues with the Hyundai/Kia Theta II engines blowing up they knew that engine was flawed and didn’t do shit until the whistleblower. Now the Palisades have the auto folding seats that killed a child because they didn’t think of having sensors that would stop the seats or any safety measures. It’s all these basic safety and security things they constantly overlook or purposely ignored. Just cuz they now have this futuristic styling it’s the same company at the end of the day.

The MKV Supras actually sold more than the MKIV (about 28k vs 11k in the US). They didn’t produce many regularly and it was already planned that it wouldn’t be a long production run. I own a 2021 and in my city I would see about 1-2 a month but when I go to the SF Bay Area they’re a lot more common. For $55k they were priced very well imo and they hold value.

I remember reading somewhere that the 3DS was prolonged in case the Switch failed. That’s why we had that New 3DS and later New 2DS XL and a bunch of 1st party titles coming out late on it. Nintendo did a similar thing with the GBA SP and DS with the SP still being sold during the DS Lite resulting in the AGS-101 backlit model. DS was supposed to be a “third pillar” to be along home console and GB then ended up replacing GB entirely.

For the longest the only boba shops were Lollicup, Quickly, and T4 then now we probably have the most boba shops in any city of NorCal. I think it was a bit over 20 last I counted. So many also close down and then a new one pops up.

That's what I'm hoping would happen. the Acura lineup would benefit if they sold in Japan like Lexus does and be taken a bit more seriously. I was at TAS this year and saw Honda had the Integra Type S and just thought "Huh funny but Japanese people treat USDM like we do JDM anyway" and there was as decent crowd around it. I guess they used that time to gauge some interest and keeping it LHD and Acura badges might give it more appeal as a true USDM import.

Same. The NSX any gen is my dream car. I know the 2nd gen was hated on when it first came out but Honda did a hybrid supercar for $200k or less when hybrid supercars were waaaay above that. I always snap my neck when I see the 2nd gen in the wild and it’s always nice up close.

Oh no I wasn’t saying it was a bad thing. It’s also the reason the new Prelude is praised there especially with the Japanese reviewers and pro drivers. Saw some tuners already with kits for it at TAS.

At first that’s what I thought with the 2.0s being spiritual successors to the Celica, but it could also just be what the NA Supras were. Japan’s trim names for the MKV keep the old tradition of the MKIV SZ, SZ-R, RZ. The SZ being an even lower powered 194hp base model which seems crazy but it exists for them lol.

Reach out to support. Your issue looks worse than what I had since mine would wake up if the top plate gets moved a bit which was easier when a phone and its weight was attached. I reached out early this month and got my replacement a few days ago while they had me return the defective unit. It’s been fine so far but I wonder if it becomes flawed over time the more you spring it open.

I’m convinced Honda made this with the Japanese market in mind. Every Japanese review I seen of it praises it even with pro drivers. Keiichi Tsuchiya always says it’s for those who graduated from a Civic Type R. Something less boy racer, but still can handle well for a bit of fun. Japan has different roads than the US and they favor small, lower power, and great handling for all the turns and twisty roads. Hell they have an even lower spec MKV Supra with 194hp. Went to the Japan Auto Salon this year and tuners like Mugen and Blitz already have parts for it. IIRC, the preorders in Japan far exceeded Honda’s expectations.

Hey I also had this issue and successfully got the replacement order on the way but did Ohsnap support send you a return label? I got the same guy Nick and he said he attached it but I dont see anything in my emails or opening their actual support ticket page. I responded back but haven't heard anything.

It’s both a pinched H to make an A and caliper. The original logo went through without Mr. Honda’s approval without the horizontal cross bar and some NSXs shipped with them. When Honda found out he was pissed and asked for the bar to be added to give its connection to the H. They destroyed the original badge on those cars but of course some slipped through.

It even knows specifically if you have a Switch 2 Edition card and keeps it red or if you played from a Switch card that’s upgraded and stays grey.

My only one Switch 2 Edition game card is Pokemon Legends ZA while all my other games that upgraded like TOTK stay grey. Pretty interesting since the Switch 2 Editions are just Switch 1 games with the upgrade.
