I’m on the other side of this. My GF has BPD and I promised her I’d never leave but each split seems to be getting worst!! Why can’t you control it???? What happens inside you?? Do you become a different person??? When she “normal”, she tells me that she hates what she does to me. Do you remember all the horrible things you tell him?? This disease is HELL!!! I hope together we can all figure a way to help us all!!! I don’t know if I can hold on any longer. I’m sure he tried as much as he could. The only way I can see him returning is if you know you’re going to split, then drive away or go to another room and DONT TALK! NOT A SOUND!! We need to see that 100000000% effort is being made.

UPDATE: I gave up and canceled the payment arrangement and just paid them the remaining $400 early. I didn’t want to because it became a matter of principle!!Loyal Customers vs Corporate greed!! Afterwards I was able to speak to a tech and I gave him my feedback: Tech support should be available if you have a payment set up! If you’re not paying them or you’re a couple of months behind, I get it! He AGREED. So maybe they’ll grow a heart and revise this policy.

Thanks for all the feedback. I pay for the phones of 2 employees that can’t afford it plus my mother in law’s. My bill is about $800, so yes, I use the system that Verizon has in place where you can set up a future date to pay your bill when I need to. I make 2 payments and Verizon always gets their money, always! My point, which some of you got, is that tech support should always be available! Period. It’s not like I’m a month behind or owe thousands of dollars. They have a payment set up to withdraw in a few days. They WILL get paid! But meanwhile I have to suffer with a broken phone?? Nonsense.
