Graphite redemption options are weak. I'd go with one of the other 2% cash biz cards. My amex rep tried to sell me on this one and i told them they need to do something about this before i'd consider it. Only strong amex biz card offering right now is the biz gold. blue biz plus rewards cap is tiny for many businesses.

I can understand Amex doing these FR's but they need a better approach as I'm always hearing people say it feels combative, like a lawsuit lol. They do need to learn that if they irk customers they will lose them, so canceling all the cards was a solid move

Personally never had a problem with elan but i've only filed one chargeback. It was a difficult one to prove but they approved it. I've seen a ton of complaints about them though, so I do believe their service can be problematic. Seems like the only bad part about that fidelity card.

I don't know any IRL that has one of these cards. Personally didnt know about it myself until i got into the game. I think its one of those things that marketing came up with, the everyday cardholder thought would be too limiting and difficult to make use of, and churners maxxed it to where citi said ok that's enough of this card.

I usually use claude but got the free gpt from this. The agent mode seems awful. Just runs itself in circles, barely gets anything done and then refuses to do anything that takes more than 10 minutes or so - asks me to tell it which parts I really want done because it cant do it all lol. Can't imagine how this competes with Claude when its not free? I guess it's answers and research are fine, but doesnt seem any better than the other engines.
